Ceramics are made from earth. They’re imperfect, but that’s what makes them beautiful. Our clay pots are handmade by an artist in Gujarat.

Peperomia: It belongs to a gorgeous genus of tropical plants native to Mexico, South America and the Caribbean. This hearty plant has sturdy stems and fleshy leaves that contribute to its drought tolerance and vigour. It's compact and likes a small container. A clever choice for a beginner.

Pothos: Native to Mo'orea, an island in French Polynesia, pothos is a trailing vine with glossy or satiny, heart-shaped leaves. This fast-growing plant is perfect for beginners, easy to care for and tolerant of any conditions. Selectively prune to keep vines a reasonable length and to promote new growth. Plants can be cut back to 2 inches from the soil line if necessary.

It likes a bright spot in the shade. A few feet away from a window is ideal but it's not fussy and will quickly adjust to a lower light environment.

It likes its soil moist and needs water roughly twice a week. More in the hot, summer months, less in the monsoon and cooler seasons.

It's strong, independent and takes care of itself.
